Q: Where will I meet my driver when I am at the airport?
A: Our driver will meet you outside of Customs. - Our driver will have a sign with your name on it.
Q: What if my Arriving Flight is delayed?
A: Our Dispatch Center tracks all arriving flights, and we will be aware of all delayed flights. If you miss your flight or connecting flight, you must call into our Dispatch Center at 0039 348 22 01 286 to make them aware. Otherwise you will be charged a "no show" fare.
Q: Do I pay my driver gratuity or is it included?
A: You can pay our driver with a cash gratuity or you can have it billed to your method of payment.
Q: What do I do if I have problems?
A: You can call our Dispatch Center at 0039 348 22 01 286 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q: How far in advance do I have to make my reservation?
A: We ask for at least 24 hours advance notice; however, same day service is available by calling our Dispatch Center at 0039 348 22 01 286 - Certain trips (Sightseeing, Day Trips…) may require more than 24 hours!!
Q: How can I pay for my service?
A: If you currently do not have an account with COMO LIMO, we require a valid credit card to hold the reservation. You may pay for your service with cash or credit card at the time of service.
Q: How soon before a flight should I be picked up?
A: For domestic flights, we recommend being at the airport 1˝ hours before your flight time. For International flights, we recommend being at the airport 2 hours before your flight time.
